NLP Master Practitioner Program

Modules (New Code, Modelling and the Elective) can be taken in any order and over an extended period of time

Our Master practitioner program is unlike any other in the world. This is one of the most comprehensive, in depth and practical NLP Master Practitioner courses that will help students take the quantum leap in their skill level to artfully applying NLP in all areas of their life. The key focus is on the core of NLP - Modelling. students will experience fully the process of modelling and how to replicate talent. As a result, students will be able to accelerate the development of their personal genius, gaining insight into individuals and groups, and creating powerful change with advanced language patterns and NLP Application includes the Moiré Pattern.

The heart of this program is the provision for ongoing opportunities to learn modelling skills and New Code NLP. Through our specialised processes students can learn to expand, develop and become even more flexible with their model of the world by exploring patterns of behaviour within themselves and others.

We do this program as a series of separate modules which can be taken over time as the student paces their own learning and of course working with their budget and opportunities to take time out. This is a course that deepens, extends and stretches participant's capabilities to truly elevate their level of competency.

The New Code NLP and Modelling with Advanced NLP Patterns are all mandatory subjects that are delivered by Blue-Sky Transformation. The Master Class Electives is where choices can be made that suits the student's requirements, depending on the available electives that are offered by us or by our training partners within the specific timeframe.

How does it work?

There are three individual modules of the Master Practitioner Program. These are:

  • NLP New Code (5 days)
  • Modelling with Advanced NLP Patterns (12 days)
  • Master Class Elective (4+ days).

    The NLP Master Practitioner program will re-enforce and expand on all that the student has learned within the NLP Foundations (or Essential NLP) and the NLP Practitioner Certification courses. Students will gain fine NLP distinctions as they improve their competency and confidence in using the models and patterns of NLP, enabling students to further identify suitable and appropriate patterns to fit with their work and personal situations. Students study the complex structures within individuals and organisations that cause them to formulate their values and world views in the way that they do.

    NLP Master Practitioner Certification Course Outline

    The New Code of NLP

    A pre-requisite to fully appreciating New Code is to have a sound grounding in Rapport, Calibration and 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions, built in their NLP Practitioner course. Certifying Institute - Certifying Institutes enter a partnership with the ITA to ensure the highest Neuro Linguistic Programming standards are achieved by learners. Certifying Institutes work to ensure the Grinder/Bostic/Carroll philosophy features in the courses. The Practitioner certificates issued by a ‘Certifying Institute’ carry the prestigious ITA seal and, even more uniquely, the ink signatures of John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll. As in any partnership, the ITA gives Certifying Institutes full support in creating courses. Approved New Code Trainer - Approved New Code Trainers are Certifying Institutes whose Trainers have also attended the New Code NLP Trainers Training. The New Code of NLP enables a relationship to unfold between the conscious and unconscious mind that creates all kinds of life experiences. The New Code Practitioner learns to suspend conscious filters for the unconscious to present choice after choice, creating constant possibilities. The conscious acknowledges the new choices, and the dance goes on to new levels of personal performance, the result being new levels of personal excellence. During this course. We will present the very latest in New Code patterning, the ideas, designs, and games they personally use with corporate and individual clients alike. The following specifics will be included

    • The extended use of multiple perceptual positions
    • The NLP New Code change format
    • NLP New Code games and other New Code patterns for interventions
    • Stalking (an intervention for when behaviour shifts at a speed faster than conscious awareness, or at a speed so slow that the client does not experience the change until fully submerged in the pattern)
    • A strategy for converting their favourite Classic Code formats into New Code, correcting the original coding flaws in Bandler and Grinder’s work
    • How to take advantage of the insights and future development of NLP New Code

    Modelling with Advanced NLP Patterns

    The NLP Modelling that we train in this section is NLP Modelling, or implicit modelling (as opposed to explicit, analytical or modelling derived from strategy elicitation) as clarified in this paragraph including quotes from Robert Dilts, John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair.

    The most powerful and generative models are those which capture something of the deep structure of the individual or individuals being observed. This is quite different than describing or imitating surface level behaviors. Reaching this deep structure has been one of the crowning achievements of NLP and requires a special methodology.     As John Grinder and Carmen Bostic St Clair state in "A Proposed Distinction for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)", 2005:

    "NLP Modeling, in the creation of the initial models that founded the field of NLP, at present and in the future of NLP, references an appreciation of and respect for two criteria that apply to modeling in NLP:

    • the suspension of any taxonomic and/or analytic attempts (all f2 transforms as described in Whispering in the Wind) to understand consciously the patterning of the genius or model of excellence during the assimilation stage of patterning and until the following criterion is met.
    • the modeler must demonstrate the ability to reproduce the patterning of the model in parallel contexts and in such contexts elicit roughly the same responses from client with roughly the same quality and time commitment as the original genius or model of excellence prior to beginning the challenging and rewarding activity of codification of the patterning demonstrated by the modeler."

    The purpose of NLP is to study, describe and transfer models of human excellence through Modelling. The modelling project will be a serious piece of work, where the true NLP Modeling techniques are used to get the stated outcome. Our intention is for the student to fully understand Modelling and to have multiple true experiences of the modelling process, with at least one of these being a major leap in capability for them.

    Master Class Electives

    The intention of providing electives is to help students gain multiple descriptions of NLP, and expand their experiences with other great NLP Trainers and to suit their specific NLP Application needs. For example if students were to become a better trainer using NLP to enhance their deliver and flexibility or become an NLP Trainer, then it is most beneficial for students to complete their Elective with Training Dynamics. Students might like to become even more effective in their role as a coach or therapist, so completing our "Advanced NLP Coach" will be most beneficial to these students.

    Notes
    • Electives are set as a 4 day minimum, but this might be longer if the student chooses a longer Master Class Elective.
    • An Elective has to be taken at a date after the date they had completed their NLP Practitioner (with us).

      • Advanced NLP Coaching

        The advanced coaching course is not the types of items that are normally in Master Practitioner Programs. The Advanced Coaching is very much about getting the skills and being stretched as much as possible in directions students had not thought possible. Students will end up very confident with their abilities as a result of having their representation of learnings and flexibility expanded.

      • Training Dynamics & Presentations

        This course is a fresh and proven approach to the art of highly effective training. Students will have the opportunity to experience "state of the art" communication and design methodologies as well as time to put them into practice in small group exercises. The learning, coaching and feedback is personalised so you develop and enhance your training style throughout the program.

        A maximum of 12 participants ensures optimum levels of personal feedback and coaching throughout the course.

      What happens after students have completed each module?

      When students have completed their NLP New Code training, students will be a certified NLP New Code Practitioner. students will have a choice to obtain a John Grinder, Carmen Bostic, Sonya Yeh Spencer and Mark Spencer ink signatured certificate with additional fee or Blue-Sky Transformation (as a New Code NLP certifying Institute Certificate) with the signatures of Sonya Yeh Spencer and Mark Spencer which is included in their course fee.

      When students have completed their Modelling with Advanced NLP Patterns, students will be certified as an Advanced Practitioner of NLP.

      When students have completed their Master Class Electives, students will receive appropriate certification issued by the training partner if the training comes with a certificate. If students complete their Master Class Electives with Blue-Sky Transformation, students will receive appropriate certificates for the elective.

      Once students have completed all - NLP New Code training, Modelling with Advanced NLP Patterns and the Elective, students will be qualified to be a certified Master Practitioner of NLP.
