We use a very holistic and dynamic framework to analyse how an organization is managing their employees and customer relationships. How can I take the time out?

You will notice that the courses are usually structured for a win-win-win with your employer, where you give up two weekends and the employer gives you 4 days, or you take 4 days leave. To give you an example for a Mon-Fri work schedule to complete Essential NLP (8 days), the first 4 days of the course are Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun, then back to work for Mon-Wed, then again another block of Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun. This works very well to balance your learning and absorbtion time, and also avoids you needing a larger block of time off work.
