Leadership and Strategy

We use a very holistic and dynamic framework to analyse how an organization is managing their employees and customer relationships. Just as we cannot not communicate, leaders cannot not manager or lead and the performance strategy may be an implicit one. We work together to see how staff and other relationships work to create value for the organization and its stakeholders.

How can I take the time out?

You will notice that the courses are usually structured for a win-win-win with your employer, where you give up two weekends and the employer gives you 4 days, or you take 4 days leave. To give you an example for a Mon-Fri work schedule to complete Essential NLP (8 days), the first 4 days of the course are Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun, then back to work for Mon-Wed, then again another block of Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun. This works very well to balance your learning and absorbtion time, and also avoids you needing a larger block of time off work.
